Volunteers are needed to paint college flag murals on tiles, paint and touch up hallway murals, and organize the school library.
We are always looking for a helping hand! As for the activities, handing out flyers with information about our services, packing toothbrushes for offsite visits, fundraising to raise awareness to send thousands of toothbrushes to Puerto Rico Dental Association, crating posters and flyers and more!
Volunteers are needed to paint inspirational murals in school hallways
Volunteers will sort and package medical supplies to be shipped.
*NOTE-Experience required for this project* Calling all knitters and crocheters! Volunteers will knit and crochet blankets for the elderly and those in need.
Volunteers will be assisting in Bingo.
Volunteers will reorganize and spruce up Buddies of NJ Headquarters, as well as Harrison House & garden, which has served as a secure home for over 95 people living with HIV/AIDS. Tasks include: reorganizing books, moving furniture, painting, gardening, and digitizing their contacts cards.
Volunteers will tidy up the common areas and kitchen facilities in the Rights of Passage supportive living apartments, providing a clean and comforting environment for young people transitioning from homelessness, as they work, save money and learn how to live on their own.
Volunteers will be making the "plarn" - yarn out of plastic bags and this will be the yarn used for sleeping mats.
Help this community organization spruce up their facilities and keep the grounds safe.
Volunteer will assist in weeding, harvest, and other agricultural tasks. Be sure to dress in comfortable clothes that you don't mind getting dirty!
